Welcome

Taking the step to access counselling requires strength.

My first priority is creating a sense of safety and autonomy. I want you to feel respected, supported, and able to move through counselling at a pace that feels right for you.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mental-health field, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to explore what you are experiencing and consider meaningful ways forward.

Counselling approach

Move toward a life guided by your values.

Counselling can help you understand patterns shaped by fear and survival responses, reconnect with your values, and create more room for awareness, choice, and change.

Safety and autonomy

You will be met with respect, curiosity, and care. You can discuss difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Awareness and choice

Together, we can explore learned patterns and conditioning while creating more space for perspective, intention, and choice.

Compassionate inquiry

Counselling offers an opportunity to tend to emotional wounds with care rather than avoidance, judgment, or pressure.

How we may work together

An approach adapted to you

My approach considers your experiences, culture, strengths, preferences, and goals rather than following one fixed process.

I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also incorporate mindfulness and body-based approaches, with trauma-focused training guiding compassionate inquiry.

“You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.”
