A supportive and compassionate partner in your healing.
Welcome
I’m Lorraine Gardiner. As someone actively engaged in my own healing, I understand that taking the step to access counselling requires strength.
My first priority is creating a sense of safety and autonomy. I want you to feel respected, supported, and able to move through the counselling process at a pace that feels right for you.
I bring more than 15 years of experience in the mental-health field to our work together. I have supported children, youth, adults, and elders through emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges.
Counselling can help you develop greater awareness, recognize patterns, and respond to yourself with compassion. This can create space to consider new perspectives and move toward meaningful change.
Education and experience
I earned my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University in 2015. I have been in counselling practice for 11 years and have more than 15 years of experience working in the mental-health field.
I hold a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
